Layer the leaves in a Jar and sprinkle each layer with salt.
Top up the jar with a good -quality olive oil.
Seal Jar securely and store in a refrigerator.
Allow several days for the oil to be infused
with the flavor of the Basil.
Drizzel over salads and pizzas.
